Features & Reflections

Getting oneself oriented over the alter-like kitchen sink finds one of our favorite features and illusions. A custom mirror-lined interior well of a 4' X 4' stained-glass cornered skylight turns the ordinary into a year-round kaleidoscopic array. A summer 2005 illusion out the gate followed by a fall 2004 jpg exemplifies the ever-changing effects depending on the angle of the sun, color of leaves and such bouncing around the vertical-planed mirrors. Each corner piece is completely different as shown in a few close-ups of more extraordinary sric2 designs beautifully hand-crafted by talented stained glass artist, Steve Kaczmerek, Genesis Glass, Auburn, IN, offering head-spinning illusions in endlessly reflecting planes.

Stonehenge-like reflections Danse over the cabinets, countertops, ceiling, and floor all day long making it easy to tell the time of year, should one forget, and time of day should one care to pay close attention. Otherwise, the ever-changing whimsical beauty rainbows the chaste white planes below in a daily parade of brilliant color and light. 8 stained glass features asymmetrically placed about in whimsical elegance finds a double icicle dripping from the living garden room floor-to-ceiling light posts.
