Our highest priority, however, is finding a new owner who understands the subtle energetic and healing aspects of the site as well as appreciation of the quietude and nature preserve it is. Hopefully a private owner will find solace in the expansive acreage as a sanctuary and healing retreat, escape artist's hideaway, [no one will know you here, if they even see you at all] writer's retreat or other artist's retreat, playtime, rejuvenation, or retirement investment. However, a high-end health spa or integrative Light & Sound alternative medical clinic was always on our back burner with the healing energy of the Ceremonial Hill and healing waters of primordial Lake Anne at hand. A spiritual retreat in the name of our recently transitioned Pope John Paul II offering renewal and refreshment to a tired clergy, masculine and feminine alike, or another denomination or faction.

An extra-special StarKid Kamp for extra-special kids, i.e.: intuitive empaths and those with aptitude toward healing and similar heart-centered pursuits, [Indigo, StarKids, Aieshean, or by whatever name] would be perfect in this peaceful platform where deep forest quietude offers the perfect arena to listen, discover and bring forward dormant gifts that will otherwise be left undeveloped. A nature preserve or conservancy would also be our highest hopes in view of the lovely Lake Anne @ Clear Lake pictured below.
